• PAIP plans, directs, coordinates and budgets residential and commercial construction projects.

 

• PAIP schedules and coordinates all design and construction processes, including the selection, hiring and oversight of specialty trade contractors, such as carpentry, plumbing and electrical.

 

• PAIP manages the selection of general contractors and trade contractors to complete specific phases of the project.

 

• PAIP determines labor requirements of projects; supervise, monitor hiring and dismissal of workers. We oversee performance of all trade contractors and are responsible for ensuring that project is completed on schedule.
